If you are looking to make more than around 450WHP on your B58 GEN 1 powered BMW the factory HPFP is going to become the weak link at those levels. This will give you much-increased headroom for making power. This upgrade is good for around 600HP on gasoline.
This pump is a 100% direct bolt-on, takes about 15 minutes to swap the pump, and 2 minutes to extend the harness, Easy install. No coding or special tuning needed.

1. What’s the difference between the “Pump Only” and “Pump w/ Adapter” options?
The Pump Only option is just the B58 TU pump itself so you will need to swap over your old adapter. The "Pump w/ Adapter" kit includes a new matching adapter for a full direct fit making your installation much quicker and easier.
2. Is this B58 TU HPFP compatible with both BMW and Supra (A90) platforms?
Yes, it fits both. This B58 TU pump is a direct-fit replacement for the stock high-pressure fuel pump found in B58 TU-powered BMWs and the Toyota Supra A90. No modifications are needed for either platform.
3. Do I need to perform coding or tuning after installing this upgraded pump?
The B58 TU pump needs no coding, it is plug and play. In order to get the extra power and performance gains though you must have a custom tune to adjust the fuel settings of your ECU to match the extra flow.
4. What power levels (horsepower) is this pump upgrade capable of supporting?
This improved B58 TU plug is suitable for high horsepower engines and it has the capacity to support more than 700 wheel horsepower. It gives the necessary flow of fuel to bigger turbos and high ethanol fuels such as E85 when used in combination with an appropriate tune.
5. How difficult is the installation — what tools and time are required?
Installation is quite simple. If you have basic hand tools, you can typically swap the B58 TU pump in 1-2 hours. Choosing the version with the adapter makes the job even faster, as it bolts directly into place.

I love it. Big upgrade over the stock piece of junk for your M car that slides forward and aft when it easily breaks. Looks so much better than that cheap plastic and is built a lot more solid with its partial carbon fiber (CF) construction. The Alcantara is an upgraded look for an already sport/luxury interior. I am so thrilled I am doing the handbrake in CF / Alcantara, the shift knob & boot - CF / Alcantara, and lastly the steering wheel also in both.
Fit was perfect, goes great with my new diamond black tips and M Sport kit from Norcal. Easy to install and looks awesome.

Fitment was absolutely perfect and looked amazing on my car. However, the parking sensor bracket mounting tape came melted and completely unusable, I don’t believe this was a result of shipping as the provided tape for the rear bumper was fine only the front was problematic. In the end though however compared to other kits I’ve seen on other F30s this one is way above the rest in terms of fitment and quality especially for the price.
