Return policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buyer MUST pay for shipping the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you had received it in. It should also be in the original packaging that you had received it in.  

Also to complete your return, we require a proof of purchase or receipt from us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and looked at, we will send you an email or message via phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also  notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refunded item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be returned to its original payment method within a couple days.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

The amount of this fee will be taken from your refund. Norcal Dynamics may not impose restocking costs in some circumstances, but this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Structure of Restocking Fees:
25% off on electronics and performance products
20% off any other products that are returnable

If your order is accepted for a refund, you, the customer, are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees. Unless the item received differs from the one ordered.

If Norcal Dynamics shipped you the wrong item, we will send you a return mailing label and there will be no restocking cost. Requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Canceled Orders

At Norcal Dynamics, we understand that circumstances may arise leading our customers to cancel their orders. In the event of a cancellation, we have implemented a canceled item policy to streamline the process. We want to inform our valued customers that a 25% restocking fee will be applicable on canceled items. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing and handling canceled orders. While we strive to provide the best service possible, this fee helps us manage inventory and ensures that our operations continue to run smoothly. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work towards delivering a seamless shopping experience at Norcal Dynamics.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Norcal Dynamics is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. If you did not get a shipment that was confirmed to be delivered successfully, you must register a claim with the delivery carrier. When packages are dispatched and delivered, we send tracking information. Please make every effort to receive your package as soon as feasible. The decision to submit a claim with the mail carrier is ultimately yours. Mashimarho is powerless to intervene in this circumstance and will not issue a refund or resend the missing/stolen goods.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items can only be refunded, and not items that were on sale during a purchase.

You will be held responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your items back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Also depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to get to you, may vary.

If you are going to ship an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. We will not be able to guarantee that we have received your item.
