Coolant Port Fitting Upgrade for BMW
This heavy-duty billet aluminum fitting is a direct replacement for the weak plastic factory coolant fitting which is prone to cracking and failure over time especially during disassembly. Replaces OEM part number 1537541992, 11537544638.

The factory plastic part heats and cools thousands of times and eventually becomes brittle and will crack and fail. Just a matter of time.

Also fits e90 n55

My stock plastic one failed at 98k miles just like the description mentions. Not fun sitting at a red light when your engine evacuates about a gallon of hot coolant under pressure all at once. Never seen so much smoke before. This part makes it so you don't need to replace the whole hose which is hard to access all the down on the waterpump. Notes:fit my e90 n55 and I purchased mine elsewhere.
